            • The stride is much more similar to a regular running motion than an elliptical while still providing a low impact training method.
            • I could easilly and naturally lengthen or shorten my stride throughout the run.

            • On your first run, it takes a few minutes to get the movement and become comfortable with the stride.
            • To get the proper motion, you need to hold the handles or grip the center handlebar, you can not run and pump your arms while staying balanced.

            The Octane Fitness ZR8 Zero Runner is really a game-changer for those 5-7x a week runners because it is very difficult keep that sort of frequency of runs without having joint and overuse injuries…but now it is possible to run 5-7x a week without join pain with the Octane ZR8 Zero Runner.
