Exercises include the barbell loaded leverage chest press for the chest muscle, the seated row using a selectorized machine for upper back muscles, the shoulder press using dumbbells for the shoulder muscles, the leg press, the leg extension, as well as the leg curl for the leg muscles, and curl ups for your abdominal muscles.
