I’m a big fan of yogurt for breakfast or a pre workout snack, but I am an even bigger fan of Greek Yogurt. Greek yogurt is thicker, creamier and higher in protein than regular yogurt. I have tried many brands, but my favorite by far is Chobani! Chabani is so smooth and creamy it’s like indulging in a rich treat without any of the guilt. Chobani comes in a variety of flavors including: pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, pomegranate, plain and vanilla. Chobani provides between 120-160 calories, 13 grams of carbs, 16-18 grams of protein and 0 grams of fat. In addition, Chobani contains five active cultures to help promote healthy digestion. Add fresh berries and walnuts for a healthy breakfast or simply grab and go for a quick snack at the gym!
